Bid Request for Yard Clean Up at 38 Camellia Drive, Newnan GA

Coweta County is accepting proposals for clean up and trash removal (38 Camellia Drive , Newnan, GA); all proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. The bid will be awarded at the Commission meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Scope: Remove all trash & debris from property

A certificate of insurance evidencing the following:

• General Liability coverage in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence including products and completed operations. Coweta County, Georgia and the Coweta County Board of Commissioners are to be added as additional insured to the General Liability policy for premises/operations and products/completed operations.
• An aggregate of $1,000,000.00 should be stated on the Certificate of Insurance.
• Workers' compensation coverage with employers' liability limits set at statutory minimums.
• Automobile liability including non-owned automobile liability of not less than $1,000,000.00.

• Completed Contractor Affidavit (Affidavit under O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91(b)(1))unless the contractor/vendor meets one of the following conditions
• A copy of the contractor/vendors valid business license
