Project Description: The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the proposed Renovations to the Patriots Park Gymnasium. Renovations include demolition and renovations of the restrooms, HVAC replacement of the two AHUs serving the basketball courts, and demo of existing floor and installation of new floor in the gymnasium.
