Sealed Bids for this project shall be accepted by: Town of Plainville, CT, Town Manager’s Office located at Plainville Municipal Center, One Central Square, Plainville, CT 06062. Bids (consisting of one hard paper original copy, one hard paper duplicate copy, and one electronic copy on USB) shall be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Re: BID 2026-23 Rehabilitate Apron and Runway 2-20 Pavement Maintenance” and must be received prior to 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, April 16, 2026 (Bid Due Date / Opening) at which time bids will then be opened and read aloud at said office.

The Scope of Work under this contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and associated work necessary to complete the rehabilitation of apron and Runway 2-20 pavement maintenance at Robertson Airport (4B8). The scope of work for this project includes the application of crack seal, pavement marking, seal coat, and new full depth pavement section for airport apron. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Contract Plans and Specifications may be obtained electronically upon request by contacting Nicholas Cota ( nicholas.cota@aecom.com ) with AECOM. Contract Documents will be available on and after March 23, 2026 (Bid Availability Start Date). Questions regarding this bid will be accepted by AECOM by emailing Nicholas Cota ( nicholas.cota@aecom.com ). The deadline for receipt of questions is Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
