Sealed Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Rapides Parish School Board Office Building, 619 6th Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301 until April 30, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. for
Purchase of Science Materials and Supplies
(BID NO 26-16) After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the proposals will be publicly opened and read by the Executive Committee and/or staff of the Rapides Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time, April 30, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., will be returned unopened.
To obtain the full set of specifications and bid forms, please contact the RPSB Purchasing Department by emailing your request to [email protected] or sending your written request to 619 6th Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301. Specifications and bid forms are also available at www.centralbidding.com (fees may be associated with the use of this site).
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of $1,000.00 and must be in the form of a Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Awards will not be made on the date of the bid opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.
Subject to the provisions of R.S. 38:2211 et. Seq, the Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
