Bid #2025-09 Purchase of Drum Set – Portland High School

Portland Public Schools is accepting bids for the purchase of an Adams Professional Generation II Smooth Copper Timpani – Set of 4 (23”/26”/29”/32”) (or like kind Yamaha) to be used at Portland High School. Bids will be received for Bid #2025-09 until 11:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday May 14, 2025 at the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 204, located at 33 East Main Street, P.O. Box 71, Portland, CT 06480-0071. Bidders are responsible for dropping off or sending the sealed bids via United States Postal Service or commercial carrier so that they arrive by the deadline. All sealed bids must be marked “Bid 2025-09 – Purchase of Drum Set – Portland High School – DO NOT OPEN” and submitted on forms in accordance with specifications obtained in the Office of Director of Finance – Room 204. Bid documents can be obtained during Town normal operating hours or by emailing trobinson@portlandct.org.
