BID 26-07 - PROVIDE LOT CLEANING/CLEARING AND MOWING SERVICES OF SEVERAL SOUTH 7TH STREET PROPERTIES ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR ONE (1) YEAR WITH A SECOND (2ND) YEAR OPTION

The intent of this advertisement is to obtain a contractor who is qualified to furnish the equipment and provide services necessary to provide lot cleaning/clearing and mowing services to the City of Camden’s Department of Public Works (DPW).

The work to be performed under this advertisement consists generally of the removal of trash and debris, cutting of grass and weeds and small trees by the contractor's equipment and work force when and where directed by the Director of Public Works or his designee.  Included is the furnishing of small tractors with buckets and cutters, lawn mowers, weed whackers, chain saws with operators and/or drivers thereof, including fuel, oil, ballast, repairs, insurance, supervision with transportation, as required, and all else necessary therefore and incidental thereto.

The City is simultaneously soliciting a total of three (3) separate and distinct bid specifications for Lot Cleaning/Clearing and Mowing Services, designated as follows:

• Bid Specification 26-06 — Broadway Locations
• Bid Specification 26-07 — South 7 ^th Street Locations
• Bid Specification 26-08 — Federal Street Locations
