The City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth School department is seeking qualified Contractors to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and install a complete EPDM membrane Fully Adhered Roofing System including flashings, insulation, and retrofit roof drains specified herein and as indicated for a section of roofing at Portsmouth High School.
