(Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PERRY ROZAR PARK SOCCER FIELDS
Project Number: 240268
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Perry Administration Building located at 1211
Washington Street, Perry, Georgia 31069, until Friday, June 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM. local time. At that
time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Redevelopment of the existing soccer fields including: grading and earthwork, stormwater
drainage, subsurface drainage, relocation of existing pavilion building, relocation of existing
field lighting - including electrical service adjustments, new irrigation system, sodding, and
provision of new equipment for the soccer fields (goals, corner flags, field marking system).
