BID 2026-18: Parking Garage

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for the construction of a Parking Garage. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “Bid 2026-18: Parking Garage.” and will be accepted until 10:00am Thursday, July 30, 2026, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory Pre-Construction Meeting will take place Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00am County Common Road District, 511 Random Road, Granby, MO 64844. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner Mark Knight at 417-451-8223, or Ira McKinney, 417 472 3400.
