It is the intent of this Invitation to bid to secure a Contractor for the masonry repair and preservation of a WPA Retaining Wall located along Park Drive for The Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation. Due to unknown conditions, the City is requesting unit pricing for the repair and preservation of the retaining wall. Any increase and/or decrease to the work will be invoiced/credited at the unit price rates identified on the Proposal Page(s), as attached herein. The quantities provided on the Proposal Page(s) are estimates only.
