INVITATION TO BID
East Harding, Inc., Construction Manager for the Pine Bluff School District in Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Bid Package proposals from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the New Pine Bluff High School. The project will consist of demolition of the majority of the existing campus and new construction for the main educational, cafeteria, arena/practice gym and auditorium spaces.
