The Owner is soliciting bids to make improvements to the MCS Pressbox Communications System. AVB

Construction, LLC is the Construction Manager for the project and is seeking bids for the following:

27.100 Technology

Pre-Bid Walk:

• Pre-Bid Walk: 12/22/2025 @ 9:00 a.m. Meet at the AVB Trailer on site at Mattawan Consolidated

Schools: 56720 Murray Street, Mattawan, MI 49071

Construction commencement:

• June 2026 – August 14, 2026

Bids are due at 11:00 AM Monday, January 12, 2026 - Public Bid Opening immediately following.

Bid requirements include:

1. Submit clearly labeled sealed bids by Monday, January 12, 2026, by the 11:00 AM deadline, to

Mattawan Consolidated School, Central O[ice, 56720 Murray St., Mattawan, MI 49071. (Bids received

after the due date and time listed above shall not be considered or accepted.)

2. Bids submitted shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the amount

of the bid.

3. Each bid submitted shall be accompanied by the following sworn and notarized a[idavits located in the

Bidder’s Instructions:

a. Disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder

and any member of the board or the superintendent of the school district.

b. Certifying that contractor is not barred from public contracting due to bid rigging or bid rotating

convictions; and

c. Certifying that it is not an “Iran-Linked Business” as deﬁned in Act 517, Public Acts of Michigan,

2001, MCL 129.311, et seq.
