It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing on Operating Supplies, for use by the City of Alexandria Electric Distribution Department. Quoted prices are to remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from bid award date. Said material to be inventoried by the Central Warehouse Department and issued to the using department on an “as needed” basis. Quantities given are estimated and not guaranteed. All products shall be new and of current manufacture.
