am., after which time they will be publicly opened at 10:00 am., by the undersigned,
under the direction of the Development & Agriculture Committee of the Cattaraugus
County Legislature at the Cattaraugus County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley,
New York 14755. Each bid, at the time it is received, will be stamped showing date and
time of receipt.

September 14 and November 30th, 2026 (unless water levels permit earlier start date which will

* Furnish and install new 200 Amp (4/0-4C Type W) feeder cables from the existing pole disconnect to
the dock panelboard
* Furnish and install (1) 200 Amp panelboard with (2) 150 Amp breakers on the existing stainless junction
box
* Furnish and install (15) new 30/30 Amp pedestals and (3) 50/50 Amp pedestals on existing stainless
junction boxes
* Furnish and install (2) new 150 Amp (2/0-4C) feeder cables for the pedestals

Timeline Estimated Duration: Work must be completed between September 14th and November 30th 2026.
Work MAY be able to begin after September 8th dependent on the water levels at the Marina.
