The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for Male Condoms (Custom and Regular Wrappers) and Lubricant Packets for the NYC Condom Availability Program . This will be a 5-Year Requirements Contract ("RC") . The sponsoring Agency is the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene ("DOHMH") .
