Notice is hereby given that Online Bids will be received by the City of Minot until 11:30 a.m., Thursday, May 28, 2026, via QuestCDN for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Taxiway B Realignment and Reconstruction & Runway 8/26 Rehabilitation (West).

Major components of the Work include: Pavement removal, bituminous pavement milling, excavation, grading, subbase and aggregate base placement, bituminous and concrete paving, pavement markings, runway grooving, airfield lighting, signage, circuitry, topsoiling, and turf restoration.

For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $42 at the time of bid submission via the online electronic bid service

. To access the electronic Bid Worksheet, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Documents prepared by SEH dated May 6, 2026.
A pre-Bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Minot International Airport in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Following the pre-Bid conference, there will be an opportunity to visit the Project site.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Minot.
