N O T I C E   T O   B I D D E R S

The City Clerk of the City of Minot will receive sealed bids at their office at City Hall until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, for furnishing the City of Minot the following:

“Sixty (60) Type A Luminaires”

“Project No. 4788”

Specifications and general instructions to bidders are available in the Engineering Office at 1025 31st St. SE. or on the City of Minot webpage at www.minotnd.gov/bids.aspx.&nbsp ;

The bid envelope shall be plainly marked:

“Bid for Sixty (60) Type A Luminaires”

“Project No. 4788”

The City Council of the City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. The City of Minot is a Title VI community, and the Supplier must be in compliance with Appendix A and Appendix E of the City of Minot Title VI Assurances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and must be in a separate envelope marked “bid bond” and attached to the outside of the bid.

Bidders are invited to be present in the Council Chambers at City Hall, #10 3rd Ave SW Minot ND for the opening of bids.

The City of Minot is committed to providing non-discriminatory service.
