REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

FOR SINGLE-SORT RECYCLING SERVICE

The City of Minot Public Works Department is requesting proposals for single-sort recycling service.  Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the Public Works Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4140.  Proposals must be delivered to the Senior Project Manager by 2:00 p.m. on April 21, 2026.  The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not conforming to the intent, purpose and proposal specifications; and to waive irregularity in the proposals.

The City of Minot is a Title VI community.  Title VI assures that no person or group of persons may, on the grounds of race, colors, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities administered by the City.  Respondents must also comply to Title VI requirements.

Each proposal shall bear the title “Proposal Submittal for Single-Sort Recycling Service” with the name and address of the proposer.  Each bidder shall submit 1 digital copy in PDF format and 5 bound copies of the proposal with each shall bear original signatures on all proposal forms.  Correct and timely delivery of the proposal is the sole responsibility of the proposer.  All proposals shall be addressed to:

Proposals received after 2:00 PM on April 21, 2026, will not be accepted.  Prior to the due date, you may mail or hand-deliver proposals, modifications, or withdrawals. We do not allow email, fax, or other electronic submissions.
