The City Clerk of the City of Minot will receive sealed bids at her office at City Hall until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30th, 2024, for furnishing the City of Minot the following:
“One (1) Tandem Axle Roll-Off Truck with Tarper”
“Project #4896”
Specifications and general instructions to bidders are available in the Public Works Office at 1025 31st St. SE. or on the City of Minot webpage

under City Clerk department.
The bid envelope shall be plainly marked:
"Bid for One (1) Tandem Axle Roll-Off Truck with Tarper”
“Project #4896”
The City Council of the City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, a certified check, or a cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and must be in a separate envelope marked “bid bond” and attached to the outside of the bid.
Bidders are invited to be present in the Council Chambers at City Hall, #10 3rd Ave SW Minot ND for the opening of bids.
