2025 MFT STREET RECONSTRUCTION

Sealed bids for the 2025 MFT Street Reconstruction Program will be received by the Village of Arlington Heights, Purchasing Division, 33 South Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois, until 10:00 A.M, Monday, May 5, 2025, local time, at that time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 28 at 9:00 a.m.in the Engineering Conference Room, Village of Arlington Heights, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL  60005.  Bidder’s questions will be responded to at that time only. It is suggested, but not required, that any questions regarding the bid documents be submitted to Joe Munno jmunno@vah.com , by 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 25 in order to allow the Village sufficient time to adequately research and prepare a response for the conference.

Specifications and plans will be available electronically, please e-mail Lisa Subrin at lsubrin@vah.com to obtain these documents.

Bidders shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act, Preference to Illinois Workers Act, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (SSRBC), Preference to Veterans of the United States Military and Naval Service Act of the State of Illinois.  Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity provisions.

No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals without the written consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Arlington Heights.  The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed but the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village.
