Sealed proposals for performing the work herein described will be received by the Village/Town of Mount
Kisco, NY, at the Office of the Village Manager, Village Hall, 104 E Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY 10549,
until December 3, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. and immediately thereafter the bids will be opened and read aloud.
Bidders are invited to view the opening via Zoom Meeting teleconference, Meeting ID: 886 3369 1521 or
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88633691521.
No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installation of a VRF split
HVAC System at the Public Library in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located
at 100 E Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 and must be completed by April 14, 2026.
Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings, and specifications will be available on
November 5, 2025, and may be obtained online as a download for a non-refundable fee of ($100), or
viewed at no charge, at bardownstudio.biddyhq.com/pages/jobs/view.
Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Specifications and must be accompanied by
a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount
of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Village/Town of
Mount Kisco, NY, and are to be held by the Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of
the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. In default of such execution and delivery
of Contract and Bonds, the amount of the deposit represented by the check shall be forfeited to and retained
by the Village/Town of Mount Kisco as liquidated damages.
Proposals may be submitted via hard copy by mail only, and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing
the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, Village Hall, 104 E
Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY and endorsed “CONTRACT #2025-09 - LIBRARY VRF SYSTEM”.
The Village Manger reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to
award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
