HIGHLAND AVENUE WATER MAIN & SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT

CONTRACT No. 2025-09

VILLAGE OF MOUNT KISCO

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village Manager of the Village of

Mount Kisco until 10:00 a.m. local time on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at the Office of the Village

Manager, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York 10549, at which time and place said sealed bids will be

publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing and/or installing of the following:

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the installation of 510 linear

feet of 8 inch class 54 DIP water main with pressure class 350 mechanical joint fittings and thrust

blocks, fire hydrants, water service connections. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and

incidentals necessary for the installation of 720 linear feet of 8 inch class 54 DIP sewer main and

resurfacing of roadway; clean and restore the site, all in accordance with the Contract Drawings

and these Specifications.

Bidders are invited to view the opening via Zoom Meeting teleconference, Meeting ID: 886 3369 1521 or by

going to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88633691521.

No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.

Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms will be available on October 27th, 2025, for the non-refundable sum of

one hundred dollars ($100.00). Bid Package may be obtained at www.bidset.com/Dolph.

A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids

must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked “Contract

2025-09 - BID FOR HIGHLAND AVENUE WATER MAIN & SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT”.

The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his

discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Kisco

even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
