Furnishing and Delivery of Sodium Formate
Bid # 250017
The Village of Arlington Heights will accept sealed bids electronically for the Furnishing and Delivery of Sodium Formate Bid until 10:00 AM local time on January 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The specification covers the furnishing and transporting of sodium formate intended for use as a deicer for snow and ice control operations. The Village will purchase and use the material as needed.
All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier’s check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security.
T he Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village.
