BID NOTICE 26-02
Notice is hereby given that the UNION COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT will accept bids via a REVERSE AUCTION for
the purchase of various Apple products or the equivalent on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 10:00 am. There is no
cost to the bidder to submit a bid. The reverse auction will be live at the Office of the County Superintendent of
Educations located at 250 Carter Avenue, New Albany, MS and bidders can attend. The bid tabulation sheet will
be presented to the board at the next regular scheduled board meeting following the online reverse auction.

Any reference to this bid for questions or submission of bid should reference "Bid 26-02 Various Apple Products
or Equivalent". No bid shall be withdrawn after the scheduled date and time of the beginning of the bidding
event without the written consent of the Union County School District Board of Education. Within the limitations
of Mississippi State Purchasing Law, the Union County School District Board of Education reserves the right to
reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid
which is deemed most favorable to the Union County School District Board of Education.
