Description:

The City of Kings Mountain is requesting sealed bids for "North Tracy Street Water Line Project" located within the City Limits of Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The Project includes approximately 240 L. F. of 6” water line, tie to existing lines, valves, fittings, hydrants, reconnect existing services to new line, abandon and plug old line, and appurtenances.
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Kings Mountain on November 18, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time, in the Kings Mountain Public Works Building, 1013 North Piedmont Avenue in the First Floor Conference Room. There is a non-refundable plan deposit of $25.00 for hard copies and $15.00 in pdf format. A 5% Bid Bond is required with Bid Submittal. Performance and Payment Bonds are 100%.
