Bid No. 471-01-31-25 Warwick Elementary School Modernization - Roofing

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide Recoating Roof and Replacing Roof Membrane at Warwick Elementary Schools, as further described in this bid.

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a non-prequalified bidder shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at www.qualitybidders.com.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the District Office on February 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

All participants are required to sign in to validate their attendance. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.

All responses are due by 2:00 PM on March 11, 2025. Submissions received after that date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Faxed or Emailed responses will not be accepted.
