BID NOTICE

Bid No. 2026-03 Supply Contract - Materials for Street Improvements 2026

The City of Harlingen, TX is accepting competitive sealed bids for the supply of construction materials for the Street

Improvement Project 2026. Interested Bidders must register with the Purchasing Office to request a bid packet and technical

specifications at Purchasing@harlingentx.gov. Packets will be emailed upon registration. Bids must be submitted on or

before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Purchasing Office, 404 S. 54th St. Harlingen, TX 78550. Bids will be

publicly opened and read aloud starting at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Town Hall (2nd Floor) located at

118 E. Tyler Ave., Harlingen TX 78550.

The City of Harlingen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive defects or technicalities in such bids, to award the

contract to the respondent which it considers has submitted the best and most advantageous bid, and to hold all bids for a

period of sixty (60) days without taking any action thereon.
