Bid No. 25-50: Purchase Agreement for Various Large Valves The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; “SWSC” or the “Commission”), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for various large valves. The selected vendor will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement to 71 Colton Street in Springfield. Up for two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year with 2- One year in length Renewals. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 per year. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to edward.sweeney@waterandsewer.org no later than April 21, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so. MGL c30B
