Bid No. 469-01-31-25 Parkmont & Cabrillo Elementary School Modernization - Roofing

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide Recoating Roof and Replacing Roof Membrane at Parkmont & Cabrillo Elementary Schools, as further described in this bid.

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a non-prequalified bidder shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at www.qualitybidders.com.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the District Office on February 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

All participants are required to sign in to validate their attendance. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.

All responses are due by 2:00 PM on March 11, 2025. Submissions received after that date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Faxed or Emailed responses will not be accepted.
