Pre-Bid Conference Details
A Pre-Bid Meeting for interested bidders will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 29051 Corkran Road, Easton, Maryland 21601 in the ESN Airport Operations and Administrative Building. A project site visit will be held for all bidders in attendance following the meeting. All Contractors who obtain the plans and specifications from AECOM will be provided with bidding information electronically as registered plan holders. Bidders interested in inspecting the airport site independently must contact Micah Risher, ESN Airport Manager, at 410-924-6894 to arrange a site visit. All Prime Contractors must visit the site pursuant to the general provisions in order to submit a bid.
