Irvine Unified School District (District) requests qualified Contractors (Bidders) to submit bids for unit cost pricing for ceiling maintenance as outlined per the Bid Documents.
District is currently advertising in the Irvine World News and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on March 31, 2026.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure their Bid is delivered and received on time and at the designated location. Any bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
Questions ( RFI’s ) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Joe Chapin at JoeChapin@iusd.org by 11:00 am on March 20, 2026.Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
