BID No. 483-03-12-25 HORNER MS MUR STAGE CURTAINS

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to perform installation of new stage curtains in the MUR at Horner Middle School.

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a non-prequalified bidder shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at www.qualitybidders.com.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at Horner Middle School on March 31, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

All participants are required to sign in at the office to validate their attendance. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.

All responses are due by 1:00 PM on April 4, 2025. Submissions received after that date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Faxed or Emailed responses will not be accepted.
