BID No. 480-03-12-25 HORNER MS MODERNIZATION - FRL PANEL INSTALLATION

Fremont Unified School District (District) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide FRL Panel Installation, as further described in this bid.

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a non-prequalified bidder shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at www.qualitybidders.com.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Fremont Unified School District Office on March 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

All participants are required to sign in at the office to validate their attendance. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.

All responses are due by 2:00 PM on March 31, 2025. Submissions received after that date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Faxed or Emailed responses will not be accepted.
