To All Prospective Bidders:
The following information shall be made as part of Invitation to Bid No. 26-1007
Intersection Improvements - Highland Blvd at Tavish Trail and Bee Creek
Road:
1. Invitation for Bids / 00020-Page 2 Section 6
The solicitation is hereby amended to reinstate the Bid Guaranty requirement.
Bidders are advised that all bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid Guaranty
in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, in accordance with
Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.
The Bid Guaranty requirement shall be considered a mandatory submission
requirement. Failure to provide the required Bid Guaranty with the bid may result in
the bid being deemed non-responsive.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
