LITTLE LARRY DOBY FIELD
Due to changes to the specifications we find it necessary to re-schedule the bid opening currently due on
Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11:00 am.
The New Bid Due Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 11:00 am
To all prospective bidders on, Bid No. 25.27, Little Larry Doby Field, the following changes to the specifications are hereby
made part of the Contract Documents and modify the original bidding documents dated April 2026, as noted below.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the bid, failure to do so may subject the bidder to
disqualification as noted in N.J.S.A 40A:11-23a.2(e).
The Addendum consists of the cover page, changes to the specifications, changes to the plans, the following replacement
specification sections: Section 02200A EARTHWORK, 02792A ARTIFICIAL PLAYING SURFACE, and the following
replacement plan sheet: X-1A PROPOSED SITE PLAN.
Changes to the Specifications:
1. Section 02200 EARTHWORK, delete entire section.
2. The section 02200A EARTHWORK is hereby added to the specifications.
3. Section 02792 ARTIFICIAL PLAYING SURFACE, delete entire section.
4. The section 02792A ARTIFICIAL PLAYING SURFACE is hereby added to the specifications.
Changes to the Plans:
1. 0.00 COVER SHEET, delete Note 22, and replace with "22. ELECTRIC POWER:
CONTRACTOR SHALL POWER THE LIGHTING SYSTEM FROM THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
CURRENTLY POWERING THE EXISTING LIGHTING SYSTEM. EXISTING LIGHTING SYSTEM HAS 240
VOLTS, SINGLE PHASE POWER AVAILABLE. NEW LIGHTS ARE TO BE FED USING UNDERGROUND
CONDUIT."
2. 1.00 EXISTING CONDITIONS DEMOLITION SITE PLAN, in grid section G-6, delete "REMOVE EXISTING
LIGHT POLE & OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL", and replace with REMOVE EXISTING OVERHEAD LIGHT"
3. D-2 CONSTRUCTION DETAILS, in grid sections D-5 and E-6, delete "INSTALL
