BID 2025-37 NATURAL GAS MAIN CLEARING

1.1 Competitive Cost Sealed Bids
The City of Perry is requesting sealed bids for the Natural Gas Main Clearing.
Sealed Bids for Natural Gas Main Clearing will be received until 2:00 pm on June 25, 2025, at The City of Perry Administrative Building at 1211 Washington Street, Perry, GA 31069. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at said office. Any bid received after 2:00 pm on June 25, 2025, will not be considered by the Owner. Following the closing time for the receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
1.2 Scope of Work
The City of Perry is seeking a qualified contractor to supply quotes for the vegetation clearing and tree trimming on the City of Perry gas main easements, shown on the provided site plan. The property is located in the following areas; maps provided:
Perry Parkway ¿ between Washington Place and Houston Lake Road
Perry Parkway ¿ after the storage facility
Thompson Road ¿ between Hwy 41 N and Perry Parkway
West Perry Parkway ¿ between Hwy 341 S and Valley Drive
West Perry Parkway- between Valley Drive and Big Indian Creek on Moss Oaks Road
Moss Oaks- at the creek and on private property
Along Houston Lake Road north of Perry Parkway
Along Houston Lake Road prior to Bear Branch Road
