The City of Atlantic Beach, FL is currently requesting sealed bids to supply the City with Orthophosphate, a chemical for the Drinking Water System to its water plants.
The current contract will expire January 31, 2026, and the new contract will begin February 01, 2026. By award of the bid, the City of Atlantic Beach and the Awardee are entered into a contract in accordance with the bid specifications and documents submitted by the Awardee, for a term of five (5) years, unless canceled before the expiration.

Bids shall be submitted in DUPLICATE with one (1) being an original and identified as such, and one (1) copy of the complete original. Please refer to the Submittal Instructions. Bids must be submitted as two (2) complete packets and delivered in one (1) envelope/package. The OUTSIDE of the delivered package must clearly state your company name, bid number, bid title, and bid opening date. This information MUST be shown on the outermost cover to clearly identify it as a bid. Please note that there are two (2) bids scheduled to be opened on this same date.
The City is NOT responsible for deliveries are not received by any method, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Courier, etc. All information included within this announcement is considered to be part of the bid specifications.
