The following changes, additions, deletions, or corrections shall become a part of the Contract Documents for the
project named above and all other conditions shall remain the same. The bidders shall be responsible for
transmitting this information to all affected subcontractors and suppliers prior to the closing of bids. Acknowledge
receipt of this Addendum in spaces provided on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge may subject Bidder to
disqualification.
REVISIONS: NOTICE TO BIDDERS / INVITATION TO BID
BID DUE DATE:
Bidders must submit sealed bids on or before 3:00 p.m., May 29, 2026, at the District Office, located at 15959 E
Gale Ave., City of Industry, California 91745, and Bidders must ensure that the District time stamps the Bidder's
bid at that time. At or after this time, the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. Any claim by a
Bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code 5100, et seq. The District is not
responsible for (1) bids received after the deadline noted above; (2) bids misdelivered, by any method, even to a
different District address.
