BID- Kruse Park Boardwalk

The City of Muskegon is requesting Bids for the construction of Kruse Park Boardwalk. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the City Hall located at 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI 49440, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 26th. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The project includes the construction of approximately 2,872 sft of pressure-treated wood boardwalk ramps and landings that will be connected to the park’s existing boardwalk along with roughly 700 syd of dune grass planting.

Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: Fleis & VandenBrink, 316 Morris Avenue #230, Muskegon, MI 49440, email: bidroom@fveng.com. For questions regarding this project, please contact Kayla Palmer (kpalmer@fveng.com) at 616-977-1000. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com .

The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.

A pre-bid conference will not be held.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

The City of Muskegon reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Muskegon.
