NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers at the Smithtown Welcome Center will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York 11787-0646 until 11:00 A.M., on August 27, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
Specifications may be obtained on or after August 13, 2026 from the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
