Helen Street & Leroy Street ReconstructionThe Contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, 3 rd Floor, Binghamton, New York, 13901. Copies may be obtained upon a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per disk. Please call (607) 772-7007 if further information is needed.
