The purpose of this ITB is to establish a term contract with one qualified vendor for ground maintenance at six (6) cemetery properties. The cemeteries covered under this contract are highly visible, dignified spaces that require a premium level of care and maintenance at all times. The Contractor shall perform all work to the highest professional standards, ensuring that the cemeteries maintain consistent well-manicured and respectful appearances. The Contractor shall be responsible for independently managing all aspects of the work outlined.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Contractor agrees to meet the performance standards established herein and furnish all labor, training, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform and to provide the following services under this contract:
Mowing
Edging
Pruning of hedges, shrubs, and trees
Apply Mulch
Apply Fertilizer
Apply Pesticides & Herbicides
Remove all vines and growth on perimeter boundary markers (fences, railings, walls, etc)
Pick up, remove and dispose of trash and litter
