FRANK SATTERFIELD ROAD WTP PARKING EXPANSION
The City of Perry, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
Frank Satterfield Road WTP Parking Expansion Project Number: 230987
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Perry City Hall located at 1211
Washington Street, Perry, Georgia 31069, until Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. local time.
At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The expansion of existing asphalt parking lot of Perry Water Treatment Plant. Work includes mill &
inlay as needed, striping, grading, adding stormwater structures, landscaping and relocating a
portion of existing chain-link fence.
