NOTICE TO BID

Logan Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids for rock until 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2025, at the County Judge's Office and opened during the Fiscal Court Meeting. These bids are for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025-2026. When submitting bids please send (9) copies and indicate on the envelope the type of product you are bidding. Rock bid on a per ton basis F.O.B. Quarry for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Grades on rock bid are: No. 2's, No. 4's, No. 8's, No. 11's, No. 23's, No. 57's, No. 68's, No. 610's, CIS (sand), quarry run, pugged DGA, Channel Lining, and dense grade.

Logan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
