Bid for Regular-Grade No-Lead Gasoline, Ultra-Low Sulfur 15 PPM On-Road Diesel Fuel (No Dye) and Ultra-Low Sulfur 15 PPM Heating Fuel Oil

Project Description: Plainfield Township will receive sealed electronic bids online via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com for the 2024-2025 Bid for Regular-Grade No-Lead Gasoline, Ultra-Low Sulfur 15 PPM On-Road Diesel Fuel (No Dye) and Ultra-Low Sulfur 15 PPM Heating Fuel Oil until 9:00 A.M , prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at which time they shall be electronically opened, read aloud and tabulated by the Township Manager at the Plainfield Township Municipal Building, which is located at 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064 with the results publicly posted on PennBid’s website afterwards.
All project instructions, documents, specifications, details and the full bidding documents are available at no cost on the PennBid system website https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bids are anticipated to be awarded at approximately 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors, to be held at the Plainfield Township Municipal Building, 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064.
Proposals shall be submitted via the PennBid system, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The successful Bidder must provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the Contract award within fifteen (15) days of the award of the Contract.
Quantities are approximate and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Township.
The Plainfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
