Description: This is a bid request for the Department of Taxation and Finance Item # DTF 998.9 envelopes for certified mail. Size: 6" X 9 1/2 " Stock: 24 lb White Wove, recycled, American Eagle or equivalent. Quantity: 1,500 (Mil) Mil= 1,000 Please see attached bid sheet with complete description, requirements, and specifications. A layout of the envelope is also attached. All responses/ bids must be completed on the bid sheet provided. On the bid sheet, please enter your price for 1,000 envelopes in the "B" column. Then multiply that price by a quantity of 1,500 to get your total bid price. This request for quote is pursuant to the agency's discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law Article 11, Section 163(6). NYSDTF intends to make a one-time purchase with one supplier.
