Notice to Contractors
Sealed bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m., July 28, 2026 for the construction of
the county project listed below.
Bids will be OPENED and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the above mentioned date at the Washington County North
Maintenance Shop, 11660 Myeron Road N, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082.

CSAH 38 Pavement Preservation Project, SAP 082-638-016
Grading, bituminous surfacing, mill, overlay, full depth reclamation, ADA improvements, signing, and striping.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an
amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid.
