NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Suwannee River Water Management District (the “District”) is offering property for sale to the highest bidder as set out below. The property offered (the “Property”) is that certain parcel of real property located in Columbia County, Florida and more particularly described as follows:

General Description: The approximately 12.58 +/- acre parcel of real property located on the eastern side of Country Club Road in Columbia County, approximately 2.5 miles south of the intersection between Country Club Road and Baya Avenue. More particularly as described in the Bid Specifications, Attachment B (available at the website below).
Property Address: Section 03, Township 4S, Range 17 Columbia County
Parcel ID No.: Southern Portion of 03-4S-17-07486-001
Interest to be Sold: Fee Simple

To be considered, bids must be received at the District’s offices located at 9225 CR 49, Live Oak, Florida 32060, no later than 4:00 p.m., on September 16, 2025. Bids must be sealed and shall be marked on the outside as “Bid for Country Club Road Tract Southern Parcel Property Due September 16, 2025.”
Before submitting any bid, potential bidders must review the specifications for this request.

The specifications include, among other things, how to make a bid, the minimum bid, the required binder, the process for evaluation of the bids, the terms of the proposed sale, the form of the required contract, a description of the property being offered for sale and the District’s reserved rights and understandings.
These specifications may be different from the specifications for previous requests issued by the District.
