BID 2025-01: Financial Statement

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for the publication of the 2024 Financial Statement of Newton County Missouri. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “Bid 2025-01: Financial Statement.” until 10:30am Thursday, January 23, 2025, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to County Clerk Tami Owens at 417-451-8221. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
