LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that Itawamba Community College is accepting sealed bids until Friday,
April 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened publicly on the 2nd floor of the
John S. Crubaugh Education Building, Room 202, Fulton Campus. Physical bids may be
submitted to the Business Office, Administration Building, 602 West Hill Street, Fulton, MS
38843. Electronic bids may be submitted through Central Bidding at
www.centralauctionhouse.com.
Accepted bids for the following:
Bid File # 3503- Fitness Center Equipment and Accessories (Re-bid)
Bids will be received and evaluated to determine responsiveness and responsibility. Bidders
determined to be responsive and responsible will be invited to participate in a reverse auction, if
conducted. The reverse auction will be conducted as a single pricing event based on the total bid
price.
The anticipated date of the reverse auction is Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with the
projected date for award of bid being Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The College reserves the right to
extend the reverse auction date and award date, if necessary.
This solicitation is intended to result in a single award. Bidders are required to submit pricing for
all items included in the solicitation.
Bid packets may be obtained from the Business Office, Administration Building, 602 West Hill
Street, Fulton, MS 38843; by phone at 662-862-8015; or by email request to
lpinmon@iccms.edu.
The Board of Trustees of Itawamba Community College reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all bids and to waive informalities.
Members of the Board of Trustees and employees of Itawamba Community College are
prohibited from submitting bids.
